As the club creator, you're responsible for any and all content hosted by your club. If you're uncomfortable with the rooms your admins and leaders are hosting, you can remove their privileges or remove them from your club.
If your club continually hosts rooms that violate Community Guidelines, you may be held accountable for these violations.
