Please note: it is required for prospective members to answer the Waitlist Question prompt!

Where can I find the waitlist for my House?

To access the waitlist for your House:

1. From inside the House, tap the three dots in the top right-hand corner to access your House Settings
2. Tap on “Waitlist”.
3. To enable the Waitlist, toggle on the “Let people join the waitlist”
4. To disable the Waitlist, toggle off the “Let people join the waitlist”

How can I enable or disable a waitlist for my House?

Waitlists are on by default.

To enable or disable a waitlist for your House:

1. From inside the House, tap the three dots in the top right-hand corner to access your House Settings
2. To enable the Waitlist, toggle on the “Let people join the waitlist” 
3. To disable the Waitlist, toggle off the “Let people join the waitlist” 

Who can accept people from the waitlist?

House Founders and Admins can move people from the Waitlist into a House. Members can also accept their friends from the waitlist.

Please note: members will lose an invite for every friend they accept from the waitlist.

How can I turn on the waitlist prompt for my House?

To enable or disable the waitlist prompt for your House:

1. From inside the House, tap the three dots in the top right-hand corner to access your House Settings.
2. Tap "Waitlist"
3. Toggle on "Let people join the waitlist"
4. Proceed to toggle on "Waitlist question"
5. Add the question you'd like potential members to answer when joining the waitlist.

How can I join a waitlist for a House?

Guests can join a waitlist for a House by simply tapping the “Join the Waitlist” button from the House.

Pro tip: Enable notifications so you don’t miss when you get accepted into the House! 

How will I know when I get off the waitlist for a House?

You will be notified when you get accepted into a House!

You will be notified by:

• Push notification or
• Your Activity Feed

Can I leave the waitlist for a House?

Yes, you can leave the waitlist for a House. Anywhere you see “On Waitlist” or “On the List!“, tap it to open a menu that gives you the option to “Leave the waitlist”
